Piece About Books The Killing Dance (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter #6)
Whee! Anita finally gets some lovin'!

I basically enjoyed this book. 1) Anita being hunted by an assassin, pretty cool2) Much Edward LOVE3) Bad clothing like normal4) Anita being a bitch, like normal5) Werewolf drama- pretty cool6) Necromancy awesomeness- Anita raising vampires is pretty cool, enjoyed the Sabin/Cassandra/Dominic thing even if it was predictble.7) Robert dying and have to deal with Monica- blah who cares? Anita HATES this bitch.6) The reason this book got two stars instead of three Anita freaking cheats on Richard

Is it sad that at this point I'm more interested in the mysterious Edward's backstory than I am in Anita's romantic travails? After a while, Anita's dithering and trust issues get stale - at least this one involves some progress on this front.

Sabin and his human servant, Dominic, approach Anita with a problem. Sabin tried to go vegetarian for the love of his life, but now he's rotting. Can Anita help?Sure, no problem! Only...Anita promptly drops that thread, and it's only a sheer coincidence (though a rather clever one, I'll admit) that it ever comes back into the story.Anita is dating both Jean-Claude and Richard--supposedly because "She was forced to date Jean-Claude", but honestly, we all know she actually wanted to, because she's

Plot was brilliant but Anita did annoy me alot in this, shes so confusing.she is apparently in love with two guys, one of said guys she has dubbed a corpse on numerous occasions and finds the thought unpleasant, but 5 min later shes getting down and dirty with him... Did i miss something? Also her perception on being in love with a person, while consistently listing all their faults like a broken record grew tiresome... The plot was fab as ever but the new love triangle was a bit weird

WHAT THE HECKMy enthuasium for this series has died down a little. I can't explain why maybe because I am more of an action girl and the series has gotten more erotica for my taste OR maybe because I hate Richard and Jean Claude been getting on my nervesIf I think Jean Claude is weak in the previous books , no words can explain how I find Richard even more distasteful. Richard is in a fatal power struggle with Marcus, both fighting to be the next pack leader. Its easy with werewolf. Their go to
